How to buy a luxury apartment in the U.S. for $2,000 a month
Royal boutique in New York City is offering a $2.6 million deal to buy an 8,000-square-foot apartment in an upscale neighborhood of Manhattan, according to a listing on the website Real Estate.com.
The listing, which was posted Thursday and was obtained by Bloomberg News, shows that the building is at 940 N. 13th St. The building is a boutique designed by the fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, which also has a portfolio of luxury apartment buildings in the city.
The price of the property, which is in the exclusive Upper West Side neighborhood of New York, is listed at $2 million, according a source familiar with the deal.
The unit is located at the end of a residential street on the upper east side of Manhattan that is considered one of the more expensive parts of the city, according the listing.
The apartment is slated for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, according Realtors.

The site’s listing description, which did not specify the unit, said it is located in the upper west side of the Manhattan neighborhood and has a private pool with private bathrooms.
