Woman killed in ‘fear-inducing’ Halloween party
A man has been killed in a “fear provoking” Halloween party that turned deadly.
It happened at the home of a man named Joshua Brown who had just moved in with his wife and kids.
Authorities said they were looking for a man in his late 40s to be arrested.
“At approximately 3:30 a.m. today, a man came into his residence and stated he was having a Halloween party,” said Lt.
Brian Smith with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
“Upon further investigation, it was discovered the victim was deceased and the deceased was the occupant of the residence.
The victim was identified as Joshua Brown.”
The man was not injured.
“The victim’s wife was able to safely return to her home and was able immediately to call the coroner’s office,” said Smith.
