Kendall Jenner is leaving her beauty brand for her new cosmetics line, Sweet Pea, which will focus on cosmetics for men and women
Kendall Jenner has left her beauty business Sweet Peas to launch her own line of cosmetics, a spokeswoman for the beauty brand said on Wednesday.
The spokeswoman declined to be identified by name because the announcement was not yet public.
The announcement comes after several women have accused the reality TV star of sexual harassment.
The move comes as Jenner, 45, has been accused of sexual misconduct by at least seven women, including several former employees.
“We’ve seen how the industry has evolved, and that is what we are all trying to build,” the spokesperson told Recode.
“This is a very, very young company that is trying to make the most of this time.”
The spokesperson also declined to say what type of cosmetics the line will include, but did say the line would be aimed at men and that it will focus “on men’s, women’s and children’s products.”
In a statement to BuzzFeed News, Sweet Peach said it is “working to provide a curated and curated product lineup that will be available to our customers and fans.”
The statement said the new line will not have a launch date.
